How do I book a stay?
Choose a residence, add your dates and guests, and tap Request to book. Sign in or create your guest account, and your request is sent to the Casaé team. We reply with availability and the rate for your dates; your stay is booked only once you confirm.
Why do I need an account?
Our residences are private homes in residential buildings. Asking guests to register and verify their email lets us share exact addresses and our direct line only with people planning a real stay.
Does a booking request reserve the apartment?
No. A request starts the conversation. Availability, rate, minimum stay, check-in arrangements and cancellation terms are confirmed with you first.
Where do I find the full address?
Once you are signed in with a verified email, the full address appears in each residence's details. Arrival instructions follow when your stay is confirmed.
Are all the apartments the same?
No. Each residence has its own layout, view and character. Tell us who is travelling and what matters most, and we will suggest the best fit.
