Casaé uses your verified email address to give you a guest account. When you save a residence or send a booking request, we keep it with your account so you can find it again and our team can help you plan your stay.
What we keep
- Your email address and the date your account was created.
- The residences you save.
- The details of your booking requests: residence, travel dates and number of guests.
A booking request does not confirm a reservation. We do not collect card or payment details on this website.
Who can see it
You can see your own saved residences and requests. Authorised members of the Casaé team can see them to answer your requests and to understand interest in each residence. Other guests cannot see your account information.
Exact addresses and our direct contact line are shown only to signed-in guests with a verified email.
Services we use
- Supabase provides sign-in, email verification and the database where your account information is stored.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and helps protect it against abuse.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site.
Your browser keeps a sign-in session so you stay logged in. Sign out when you use a shared device.
Your choices
You can remove saved residences at any time from My stays. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or the deletion of your account, write to the Casaé team from your account or reply to any email you have received from us. We keep your information while your account is active and while it is needed for your requests.
Your account activity is never used to subscribe you to marketing emails.
